Dear Larkyn,

The BIG "5"! How in the world are you 5? You are our baby, you will always be our baby. You bring so much craziness, sass and fun to our everyday lives. We never know whats going to come out of your mouth, it may be embarrassing, witty or so smart. You say and know the darndest things. Your Dad and I always look at eachother with amazement at the things you know. You are a little sponge that listens to everything and doesn't forget it.

You officially graduated from preschool this year and it makes Mama so sad. You are so EXCITED to be starting Kindergarten and go to the big girl school. You actually want to stay all day and "eat lunch there" but Mama's heart just cant take that. You amaze us at how smart you are, it seems like school and learning comes so naturally to you.

You are such a natural at gymnastics and have moved up to the Kindergarten class. You actaully tries out a level one class and kept up so well. We dont thinj it will be long before you are moved up again. Just after your 4th birthday you mastered riding your pedal bike with no training wheels then you moved on to riding your dirt bike with no training wheels as well. You will do anything to keep up with your bubba and you do just that. You two are even closer than ever and take care of eachother so well. We hope you always remain the best of friends.

Dear Ryker, How in the world are you 4 years old? I remember your Daddy handing me this tiny precious lovie like it was yesterday. I don't care how old or big you get you will ALWAYS be my baby, my first born that taught me so much. I never knew true, pure, deep love until I had you! This has been a BIG year for you.... you are FINALLY "poop" potty trained. Oh my Ryker I cannot believe how INCREDIBLY hard you were to potty train. Although we still have some pee accidents all in all you do great, I think you are just to on the go to take the time out from playing. You started preschool and you love it! Your best friends are Cash and Beckham (Bear). Some mornings you do not want to go and whine that you want me to go with you but you always go and come back home with the biggest smile and tell me how much fun you had. You are learning so much and it amazes me, I will listen and watch you play or watch a tv cartoon and you can usually answer all the questions correctl...

Happy MOTHER'S Day!

I LOVE Mother's Day. I love being a Mommy.... Ryker is truly the BEST thing that has ever happened to me and I am so extremely blessed that he is my baby! I woke up to Ryker saying "Happy Mom" and Chris and Ryker making me breakfast. I got a hand made card from Chris and Ryker and it melted my heart and made me cry like a baby. Chris and I talked before Mother's day and I asked him not to get me any gifts which he was disappointed in but we are in the process for buying a toy hauler and I wanted to make sure that was cut and dried before spending any money. Chris wanted to get me and promised me a seat to go on the back of my four-wheeler.... he spoils me! I love my two lovies so very much! Thank you for making my day so incredibly SPECIAL! I cherish every moment I have with the two men in my life! I've been called a lot of things in my life, but my favorite of all is Mommy! As Dora and I went the cemetery yesterday to decorate Mom's and Grandma'...

My poor baby boy

Ryker had a few bumps on his back that I noticed on Sunday. I figured it was his sensitive skin from us out camping and from me not putting an lotion on him. I hate to put lotion on him when we are camping because I feel like all the dust sticks to him and makes him even more dirty. Anyways on Monday he was so whiny and running a fever so we packed up and came home. Ryker struggled with the fever all night M onday and even actually slept with Chris and I which has never happened. I figured the fever was from two more of his teeth coming through. Anyway Tuesday when he woke up Ryker was normal again happy as can be so we went about our day. Well Wednesday I needed to go to work so I packed Ryker up to take him to Grandma Irene and I was telling her about these bumps on his legs that you could feel but barley see and she said her other granddaughter gets bumps all the time and it's no big deal.
