Wednesday we decided to start off with canoeing down the Snake river. Honestly I was dreading this adventure because I am not a huge water fan but it was the most beautiful fun thing I think we did. The scenery was gorgeous and it was so peaceful... in between all the dang kids screaming, crying, whining. etc.
Aleta and Erwin didn't want to go and once I heard it would take 3 to 4 hours I was nervous of taking Larkyn so she stayed with them. They took her to where we would dock to play in the water.
She loves water.... it was so cold I was surprised!
Here we go!
The water was so chilly but Ryker insisted on riding with Shay
All the kids kept jumping back and forth from the tubes to the canoe
Smile. Poor Ashlyn I had a death grip on her not to move the canoe because I was so nervous of tipping over. HEE HEE
Collide
Shay and Brett were having a hard time keeping up with the canoes. There tubes did not carry them as fast.
Tulsa and Bear
Isn't it gorgeous?
Having fun
Ryker's turn in the boat
He wanted to paddle
I cannot get enough of that crazy smile
Brett going off this rope swing we found along the river
Bear joined the FUN canoe
Brett and Ty were trying to take a nap. It was so relaxing AGAIN in between the kiddos drama.
HEE HEE
We are just floating down and come across this small bull moose. It was so amazing to see one so close.
Gorgeous animals
Ryker and Ashlyn wanted a turn on the tube by themselves
We were floating down a little more and out came this cow moose. She scared me a little because she let out a snort and we were so close.
This doesn't even do it justice how close we were. she literally came out as were floating by.
Catch up!
Finally back... it took us quite a while to get back with our tube friends attached to us.
Sis was trying to drink out of the cup holder
Silly girl!
After we had some lunch and rested from canoeing we went up to the John Sack cabin. The water was the clearest I have ever seen.
Of course our boy was out playing and wouldn't stop for a photo opt!
Sis was tuckered out
Erwin and Grandma

This little well pump was adorable, It matched the cabin.
Across the street from Sack's cabin was a bridge where you could buy fish food and feed them (basically the seagulls). Everyone was checking out the big fish!
Ryker and Bear being crazy as always. Yes Ryker LOVES his boots even when he is wearing shorts.
A little dirt never hurt right?
She was in heaven! So much for having a girly girl!
Playing well together
