My poor Ryker got really sick and had a fever so we took him to the doctor on 11/29 and he tested positive for strep again. This is two times in about 40 days. Our luck he will keep getting it and we will have to have his tonsils out. Poor little man! Then on 12/1 Larkyn was not eating well and the pediatrician said that's a sign of strep in babies so off we went to the doctor again. She has a double ear infection probably caused my strep but we didn't do the strep test because she would have to be treated for the ear infections anyways so there is no point in gaging her. UGH! I swear 2 kids is A LOT more to deal with.... How do people have 19? I hope this is not how our winter is going to go. I am already stressed out enough about germs and trying to keep my babies healthy!
Dear Ryker, How in the world are you 4 years old? I remember your Daddy handing me this tiny precious lovie like it was yesterday. I don't care how old or big you get you will ALWAYS be my baby, my first born that taught me so much. I never knew true, pure, deep love until I had you! This has been a BIG year for you.... you are FINALLY "poop" potty trained. Oh my Ryker I cannot believe how INCREDIBLY hard you were to potty train. Although we still have some pee accidents all in all you do great, I think you are just to on the go to take the time out from playing. You started preschool and you love it! Your best friends are Cash and Beckham (Bear). Some mornings you do not want to go and whine that you want me to go with you but you always go and come back home with the biggest smile and tell me how much fun you had. You are learning so much and it amazes me, I will listen and watch you play or watch a tv cartoon and you can usually answer all the questions correctl...
It is so stressful being the MOM! I'm not sure what possessed me to go for #3, but I definitely am feeling maxed out now! When my kids are sick I just tell myself all I'm going to do today is take care of the kids and it seems to ease some stress by taking away the expectation of getting ANYTHING else done. Good Luck! If he has to get his tonsils out go to Primary's, I've heard good things.
