Busy day!

Now that Ryker is older and way more independent I have been getting so bored at home. When he was little it seemed like my days were jam packed trying to take care of the house and a baby. So I have decided we need some more adventure in our days to burn some energy. Last Friday we had Briggs over for a day of fun and today I decided we would pick Briggs up and go to the park. I swear the older I get the more I cannot stand the heat and today was hot.... heaven help me when it really starts to get hot this summer. We spent about 2 1/2 hours at 2 different parks playing. It was a lot fun to spend quality time with my boys!

I felt like such a fatty on the tetor toter with the boys but they thought it was so fun!

Grandma and Erwin came to hang out with us and the boys were racing as we were timing them. They got way too hot and had to take their shirts off!
Pooped out!
Swinging

Ryker is so SOCIAL and makes friends everywhere we go
While Mommy had to go get a filing replaced at the dentist (boo!) Ryker and Briggs went to play with Aunt Shay Shay and Jesse. I told Jesse he was a Daddy in training. We are so grateful to have such great family members that love our boy so much.

He is so HANDSOME!

Daddy and Mommy had to take our furry baby to the vet because she has a big lump under her chin. Turns out everything is okay just an infection that we are treating with antibiotics. Sadie is probably the best dog (right up there with Cheyenne) that we have ever owned. She is so great with Ryker and listens so well. When Cheyenne was sick and we were so upset Sadie showed up at the farm just when we needed her. She was our little blessing.
We got home at 7:00 p.m. tonight with dinner in hand and as soon as we walked in the house Ryker was crying and pleading saying "night night pease Mommy".... poor baby had a busy day and was wore out. Obviously we put him to bed (notice its still light outside) and I think he was asleep before he hit the pillow!

4 years old?

Dear Ryker, How in the world are you 4 years old? I remember your Daddy handing me this tiny precious lovie like it was yesterday. I don't care how old or big you get you will ALWAYS be my baby, my first born that taught me so much. I never knew true, pure, deep love until I had you! This has been a BIG year for you.... you are FINALLY "poop" potty trained. Oh my Ryker I cannot believe how INCREDIBLY hard you were to potty train. Although we still have some pee accidents all in all you do great, I think you are just to on the go to take the time out from playing. You started preschool and you love it! Your best friends are Cash and Beckham (Bear). Some mornings you do not want to go and whine that you want me to go with you but you always go and come back home with the biggest smile and tell me how much fun you had. You are learning so much and it amazes me, I will listen and watch you play or watch a tv cartoon and you can usually answer all the questions correctl...

Happy MOTHER'S Day!

I LOVE Mother's Day. I love being a Mommy.... Ryker is truly the BEST thing that has ever happened to me and I am so extremely blessed that he is my baby! I woke up to Ryker saying "Happy Mom" and Chris and Ryker making me breakfast. I got a hand made card from Chris and Ryker and it melted my heart and made me cry like a baby. Chris and I talked before Mother's day and I asked him not to get me any gifts which he was disappointed in but we are in the process for buying a toy hauler and I wanted to make sure that was cut and dried before spending any money. Chris wanted to get me and promised me a seat to go on the back of my four-wheeler.... he spoils me! I love my two lovies so very much! Thank you for making my day so incredibly SPECIAL! I cherish every moment I have with the two men in my life! I've been called a lot of things in my life, but my favorite of all is Mommy! As Dora and I went the cemetery yesterday to decorate Mom's and Grandma'...

My poor baby boy

Ryker had a few bumps on his back that I noticed on Sunday. I figured it was his sensitive skin from us out camping and from me not putting an lotion on him. I hate to put lotion on him when we are camping because I feel like all the dust sticks to him and makes him even more dirty. Anyways on Monday he was so whiny and running a fever so we packed up and came home. Ryker struggled with the fever all night M onday and even actually slept with Chris and I which has never happened. I figured the fever was from two more of his teeth coming through. Anyway Tuesday when he woke up Ryker was normal again happy as can be so we went about our day. Well Wednesday I needed to go to work so I packed Ryker up to take him to Grandma Irene and I was telling her about these bumps on his legs that you could feel but barley see and she said her other granddaughter gets bumps all the time and it's no big deal. She agreed it was probable from camping and his sensitive skin. When Chris brought ...
