We went over Pioneer day weekend to La Sal's to learn the mountains and scout for Chris' upcoming hunt. This area was by far the most beautiful place I have been. I cant believe on one side of the mountain its dry and desert Moab and the other is the forest. I sure love this man! The kids kept taking turns to drive us around Always a Daddy's girl. I love catching special moments like this! It was such a cool experience to see a bear in the wild which I never have before. He hung out all weekend around our camp.   Dear Larkyn, The BIG "5"! How in the world are you 5? You are our baby, you will always be our baby. You bring so much craziness, sass and fun to our everyday lives. We never know whats going to come out of your mouth, it may be embarrassing, witty or so smart. You say and know the darndest things. Your Dad and I always look at eachother with amazement at the things you know. You are a little sponge that listens to everything and doesn't forget it. You officially graduated from preschool this year and it makes Mama so sad. You are so EXCITED to be starting Kindergarten and go to the big girl school. You actually want to stay all day and "eat lunch there" but Mama's heart just cant take that. You amaze us at how smart you are, it seems like school and learning comes so naturally to you. Another year of swimming lessons going on. I think next year we will hire a private instructor to really get the one and one help they need. I could care less if they know the backstroke, I want them to be able to save their own lives.

We celebrated a little on her actual birthday even though she had her big party. Getting presents from Mama, Daddy & Bubba At Grandma's house for dinner and cupcakes Make a wish baby.... How in the world is she 5 years old?

Another race weekend in the books for the boys. We keep having problems with Ryker's bike so the past two races have not been good for him at all. I can't believe my baby girl is "5"! Where has the time gone? We had a BBQ at the house with a lot of our family and friends! Water slide fun   I think it turned out to be a GREAT day for all these kiddos although it was so HOT!   She wanted a horse party Opening all her presents with pure joy on her face Mr. Ryker just chillin on the swing set
