RMX Summer North Series- Round 2 Rupert, Idaho

Well this was one hell of a weekend. Rupert did NOT like us at all. Ryker was on his way back from practice luckily fully geared up when I car ran right into him. It was in no way his fault she just turned into him. It threw him over the handle bars and scraped him up. It scared him to death and myself. Miss Sassy Pants Helping David Larkyn made her hubby some dinner and they watched a movie together.... these two love each other so much. Ryker and Bear Going to babysit ZZ Best friends Ryker was tearing it up Until his bike broke down. The internal clutch ceased up so we had to hunt around for a new one. $400 later we got it fixed so he didn't miss any motos. Have I said how much our bank account HATES motocross? ? Daddy killin it Until his bike broke down as well. His clutch lever broke and his chain came off. Could this be any worse? It could be but good hell! Roost! All these crazy kiddos Dabbin! ...

Branding Calves

I have never actually physically helped with branding calves before besides doing lunch for the boys. This year since we were short handed I was all in, vaccinating every cow and calf. It was a lot of fun to be some sort of help and spend the day with my Daddy and the boys. I sat back all day and realized how amazing my Dad is. He will be 70 years old this fall and branded and castrated most everything. He is such a hard worker and a great example. Chris did a little of everything but most all the ear tagging, ear marking and de-horning. Of course they need some beer Josh getting cows up the shoot castrating Bryan wanted to take them home for rocky mountain oysters.... YUCK! Number 31 for the cows and for our boy's race number! Doing it old school
