OWIE!

All the kids at daycare where running from Angie vacuuming and Ryker fell up the stairs and but his lip hard. He definitely takes after his Mommy for falling up the stairs. We wanted to get a picture of his first fat lip.... it turned into quite the ordeal! First he ignored us Then he hid then he refused to look at the camera so Daddy had to take control then Mommy had to pin him down

Always been a daddy's girl....

Wally (a friend of the family) found this picture of me when I was little. He said he could not believe how much Ryker looked like me. I do not have many baby pictures of myself so I was kind of shocked to see he is a lot like me. And my oh my how young and handsome my Dad looks!

MONSTER JAM

All Ryker wants to watch on TV is monster trucks or dirt bikes (we have A LOT recorded on the DVR ) so we had to get tickets to Monster Jam. We also decided that the pit passes would be GREAT so Ryker could see the trucks up close and personal. Ryker was in awe of all the "BIG" trucks! He was such a big boy to go around and get all the autographs from the drivers. Grave Digger (go digger as Ryker calls it) may be Ryker's favorite truck but Mom LOVES Bounty Hunter. The driver was so awesome to Ryker and had fun with him! Ryker's favorite! BIG tires! Tip overs.... WOOT WOOT Bounty Hunter won the freestyle!

Our house was filled with lots of LOVE on Valentine's! Ryker's Valentine's day gifts (The bear with 2009 was from Grandma.... I wonder where she got that from) Daddy's Valentine's day gifts.... Ryker and Mommy gave him some money in the card to get some parts for his dirt bike Opening up his present Loving his computer Ryker got lots of little Valentine's from his friends at daycare Mommy got these BEAUTIFUL tulips and a gift certificate for a massage & facial I LOVE VALENTINE"S DAY! I love how happy people are and how loveable everyone can be.

AnD tHe YaRd WoRk BeGiNs....

We do love our new house but are not looking forward to the ACRE of yard work that needs to be finished . It's so overwhelming and I feel like we just finished our old yard.... UGH! At least Ryker enjoys it because he can be outside playing in the dirt and running WILD and Chris gets to play with all the big equipment ! Ryker insisted that poor old Brunson get in the back of his truck so he can take him for a ride but Brunson was not having it! What a big helper! Thank goodness my Dad has all the equipment we need and can borrow from him.

Dax's birthday party

Saturday we went to Dax's 5 th birthday party. Ryker LOVES to hang out with all the big kids and they are all so GREAT with him. He also loves to bowl. His little bowling shoes are too cute! Jordan just loves Ryker and is always so good to him.

BIG back yard of DIRT!

We cannot wait to get our back yard finished so Ryker will have tons of room to play but he does not seem to mind the dirt.... in fact he LOVES it!

He has taken over

Chris and I have learned very quick that we are no longer in charge of our house and that this little man is.... A typical morning at the Allen household consists of Ryker saying "Mommy done" (meaning he is done sleeping and ready to start the day) in such a sweet voice unless you do not get to him fast enough he starts SCREAMING. After I go get him out of his room he then proceeds to demand for his juice and to watch the mouse (Mickey Mouse) then of course he has to take over my favorite chair (you know we all have one of those). I love my little man but he is quite persistent on what he wants but at least he says please and thank you.... I guesss!
