Ryker's first day at daycare

Yesterday Ryker went to his first day of daycare at Aunt Angie's house. We loved Grandma Irene watching little Ryker but we thought it would be better for him to interact with other kids more often. I only work 10 days a month so I wanted Ryker to get the most out of those days. He came home yesterday with 2 crafts the kids helped him make which I thought it was adorable. He really liked all his "9" mommies, Angie said all the little girls loved to take care and mother him. I was told he was walking around like crazy which makes us so happy because half the time he still prefers to crawl instead of walk. We are really hoping that by Ryker being at Angie's he will learn to walk, talk and eat better by watching the other kids. We heard that kids learn best by watching and observing other kids. Ryker was getting ready for quite time Ryker fell asleep without being held. He was laying around with other kids and just dozed off. Thank you so much Angie for taking our...

Part 2

Then we were onto Bret. He is no stranger to getting a tattoo either so he went all out. He made us laugh because he just sat and played games on his phone to keep him distracted. Plus they took a break half through his tatt because Dave was hungry and we sure do not want the guy who is putting something so permanent on our bodies to get the shakes! Bret's took the longest but his was by far the biggest and turned out great! Last but not least was Vern! I swear sometimes I worry about Chris and him they seem a little close in the picture huh? Chris was rubbing his ears so he would not think about the pain ( lol ). Oh I just love them two they always have us laughing! The boys knew that they wanted somewhat of the same thing but Vern did some different writing and his had some more detail. Poor guy had to get two and just think they have another little baby on the way.... oh my! I felt so bad for Dave having to put up with Vern he would not hold still at all. He is the type of...

Ink anyone? Part 1

Saturday night we all got together with a bunch of friends to go get tattoo's. The group of us have talked and talked about getting some ink done but never actually bucked up and went for it. We have a friend that motocross races with all the boys that owns a tattoo shop so we called him up Friday and said get us in. Thank goodness he was able to get us in the next day because I am bit of a wuss and if I had to think about it for too long I may have backed out. Thanks Dave at Mutiny Ink (poor guy probably thought I was the paparazzi ) I have always knew I wanted a tattoo but was not quite sure what to get that I would not regret later.... until my little man was born and I knew I wanted his exact foot print from the hospital with his name. I was absolutely scared to get one because I hate needles but it really did not hurt that bad at all. Everyone made me go first because they thought I would chicken out ( lol ). I did have a moment were I thought I was going to pass out but ever...

Daddy RoCkS!

Last weekend we went up to Heber for the last wintercross race of the season. Chris did AWESOME! Friday night we took 1st in one race and 2 nd in the other race giving him 1st place all around that night! Saturday night he took 3rd place in the first race and crashed in the second race. The second race was just bad for most of the riders so the judges decided to start the race over. Chris' bike is banged up pretty bad so thankfully Garn let Chris borrow his bike for the repeat race. I was a nervous wreck over him crashing in the prior race that I did not even pay attention to what he placed on the repeat race. Over all he got 2 nd place on Saturday night! We are so PROUD of Chris and how great he has been racing...... just please not more crashes! Poor Daddy crashed and was pinned with two bikes on him. Ryker LOVES to be at the races Playing with Bryson Daddy & Ryker needed their rest for the next race Chris on Garn's bike.... now he thinks he needs a new Yamaha ...

LiKe FaThEr LiKe SoN

OH NO he knows were the throttle is! LOOK OUT! He LOVES being with Daddy! Already a Natural! We are so thrilled the weather is warming up a bit so we took advantage of it and let Ryker ride on his dirt bike for the first time. He is obsessed with any dirt bike or four-wheeler and loves to be taken for rides. I literally have to call Chris on the days I work to ask him to shut the garage door before Ryker and I come home because he will throw a total fit if he sees the bikes and does not get on one. Oh the joys of Boys but this Mommy cannot get enough! By the way last weekend we went to the races in Farmington and Chris took 4 th all around. Ryker and I are so proud of him!
